Mission, Vision & Values

Mission

With an accomplished team of caring and dedicated Montessori educators trained in individualized learning, our mission is guiding preschool-3rd grade students to academic achievement, fostering a love of learning, building character, and instilling the importance of contributing to communities— local and worldwide.

Vision

Our vision is to sustain a diverse, mindful and authentic Montessori educational community in the Asheville area.  We help children become self-motivated, independent individuals who respect themselves, other beings, and the world in which we live.  We believe children are a hope and promise for mankind, and with them, we strive to create peace on Earth.

The greatest gifts we can give our children are the roots of responsibility and the wings of independence.
— Dr. Maria Montessori
